POLICY:

1. Up to $800 per calendar year may be requested to be used for participation in an Interim Ministries-ABC training event, that is, the ABCUSA Biennial or, on alternate years, the Green Lake week. An additional $100 is available if one chooses instead to participate in any course of study offered by Interim Ministry Network, Inc.  If an interim receives scholarship grant money from IM-ABC for IMN training, the interim in turn will be
   required to take two (2) assignments for the program or serve the program
   for two (2) years within five (5) years of receiving the grant. If the interim
   fails to fulfill this time requirement, or if the interim becomes the
   permanent pastor of any assigned church, a schedule of repayment of the
   grant will be set at the discretion of IM-ABC’s Executive Director. 
2. Partial reimbursement for expenses in attending one area or regional convention or event annually may be requested. The availability and amount of these funds is at the discretion of the Interim Ministries-ABC Director.

Grants are reimbursed after the event when receipts and verification of attendance arrive at the Valley Forge office.
