Enroll with Interim Ministries-ABC
Enrollment opens the door to serve with Interim Ministries-ABC.
Enrollment does not obligate you to serve.
Enrollees are screened for credentials and positive aptitude before acceptance.
Intentional interim ministers are retired and pre-retired pastors who have had successful experiences in the pastorate and are interested in leading churches that are going through transition of pastors. Through Interim Ministries-ABC, these ministers are trained and placed in churches throughout the United States.
Interim Ministries-ABC enrolls individuals in two programs. To determine which program is appropriate for you, please click on MINISTERS-AT-LARGE or APPOINTED INTERIM PASTOR.
If you are interested in becoming a member, you will need to complete application materials, update your American Baptist Personnel Services profile, and obtain references. Once you are accepted into one of the Interim Ministries-ABC programs, you will be eligible for placement; however, you are not obligated to accept a particular placement.
